DAY 1 : DINNER – Typical snack, mashed potatoes, rice, salad , fresh fruit.
DAY 2 : BREAKFAST – (STANDART) Tea-coffee-milk, white cheese, sheep sheese, fresh butter, egg, strawberry jam, morello cherry jam, honey, tomatoe, cucumber
LUNCH – Mixed fried vegetables (with yoghurt), peas with meat, salad
DINNER – Fish , salad, fresh fruit
DAY 3 : BREAKFAST (STANDART)
LUNCH – Izmir meatball, macaroni. Salad
DINNER – Baked chicken, rice ,salad, fresh fruit.
DAY 4 : BREAKFAST (STANDART)
LUNCH - Aubergine with minced meat, macaroni, yoghurt and chopped cucumber, salad
DINNER – BBQ, macaroni, salad, fresh fruit
DINNER – Meat saute, rice, vegetable meatball, salad
DAY 6 : BREAKFAST (STANDART)
LUNCH – Green bean with meat, rice, salad
DINNER – Tasse kebap, salad, fresh fruit

DINNER – Musakka, rice, salad
